My workouts are designed to reshape your body safely, gently and quickly whether you're new to exercise, older or advanced student.
If you're new to exercising, recovering from injury or experiencing back, hip, neck or shoulder pain then I'd recommend starting with Somatic Reset to gently release tight, contracted and painful muscles in the centre of the body.
Reshaping the body and reversing ageing begins with Somatic Reset. The movements relax and lengthen muscles. The waist line will lengthen, abdominals will flatten and back muscles will soften and relax.
Once you've completed Somatic Reset ,and experienced your first barre workout, you can then move on to any of the other workouts. Please make sure you've registered and become familiar with the Somatic Sculpting Concepts. These short videos are to help you understand the terminology and principles we apply to the exercises and Somatic movements.
If you're a regular exerciser you can dive right in with any Zoom recording or video.
Somatic philosophy and movements are woven throughout the workouts to enhance and accelerate sensorial and visible results.
The Zoom recordings are live classes. See calendar for days and time which will show in your timezone if you wish to join a class for technique assistance.

Hi, I'm Sandra and thank you for visiting my site.
I'm not your typical exercise enthusiast nor fitness instructor. Instead, I call myself a curious and enthusiastic 'Exercise Hacker.' My goal is to maximise every workout session for myself and my students.
I certified as a Callanetics Instructor in 2001 and taught classes for nearly 20 years in my lovely Queensland, Australia boutique studio.
In 2006 I was lucky and blessed to be selected as Lead Presenter in updated Callanetics DVD's. Filming Callanetics Evolution was the genesis of my desire to research how to include other modalities to the program to help with the body issues my students were dealing with and enhance and accelerate the results from the exercises.
My research led me to include specific alignment principles that eliminated the guesswork on correct posture and the more profound isolation of muscles.
Many of my students were dealing with chronic back, hip, knee or neck pain, and this was where Somatic movements (based on Moshe Feldenkrais) became an integral part of my classes and student journey.
My workouts are for the busy, time-poor. The program is also for those who prefer to exercise at home rather than the gym or regular classes. Somatic Sculpting is also for the student who wishes to feel and see changes in their body in the shortest time possible.
My workouts aren't intimidating, nor painful and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Students often enjoy quick, visible results from the training. With consistent regular practice, students can enjoy dramatic body-sculpting results.
